I will think about how much I love my job this winter when I am out showing houses in the cold and snow, with wet feet and cold hands... because it's truly my clients that make me want to work on those cold days, evenings, or weekends!!!  It's the Christmas Card from a client, or the birth announcement of a new baby, or the dinner invitation from a client to "see what we've done with our new house."  I truly enjoy my chosen career path and all of the great people I have met along the way.

Can you believe these interest rates?!?  Merchants Bank posted rates for a 30 year mortgage at 4.375 for the second week in a row!  Forget about what you hear about the market not being great~ buyers will not see these rates for long!!  Let's get out there and start looking at homes!

Sundays are for buyers!!  Clear your schedule and take advantage of the open house listings this Sunday!  There are going to be over 40 open houses by Coldwell Banker alone~ and 3 hosted by ME!  Open houses are a great way for buyers to get into several homes for a quick preview without any obligation or pressure!  That's why Sundays are for buyers :)

There are nearly 300 listings active on the market in Winona, Goodview and Minnesota City!  Buyers have an excellent selection of homes as well as low interest rates!  Merchants Bank was offerring 4.75% on a 30 year loan as of Friday!
